How can I prescribe or order from Wedgewood Pharmacy?
- Place office orders online 24/7. If any prescriber in your practice has not already received his or her secure user ID, use the online form to request one.
- Place orders by fax 24/7 at 800.589.4250. If we have your e-mail address, we'll confirm your fax order by e-mail within 15 minutes of processing your order.

Frequently Asked Questions for Pet and Horse Owners
How do I fill a prescription?
If you already have a written prescription from your veterinarian for a compounded medication, it is easy to fill that prescription with Wedgewood Pharmacy. Mail the prescription to:

Please make sure you include a telephone number where you can be reached. Your veterinarian can also call the prescription in to us toll-free at 800.331.8272.
Once we have your prescription, we will contact you to go over the price of the prescription, or you can call us at 800.331.8272. If you decide to fill it, you will need to provide your shipping and billing information. Payment must be made in advance through check, money order or any major credit card. All prescriptions ship via UPS for delivery within two business days.
