How do I refill a prescription for a compounded medication with Wedgewood Pharmacy?
Patients- you can use this form to order authorized refills. This form is only intended for use if your shipping and billing information is the same as your previous order. If you need to make a change to either of those, please refill by contacting customer care at 800-331-8272. If you have a new prescription, read the information below on how to fill a new prescription.
Prescribers- this form cannot be used to place medication orders for the office and is meant for patient use only. To place an order or prescribe, please contact customer care at 800-331-8272. You can also place medication orders online 24/7. Request your user name and password, or if you already have one log in.
Privacy Policy. We will not sell, loan, rent or give your email address, mailing address, phone number, prescription information, or medical history to anyone, in keeping with our privacy policy.

How do I fill a new prescription for a compounded medication with Wedgewood Pharmacy?
If you already have a written prescription from your physician for a compounded medication, it is easy to fill that prescription with Wedgewood Pharmacy. Mail the prescription to:

Once we have your prescription, we will contact you to go over the price of the prescription, or you can call us at 800.331.8272. If you decide to fill it, you will need to provide your shipping and billing information. Payment must be made in advance through check, money order or any major credit card. All prescriptions ship via UPS for delivery within two business days.
